No, we offer a Guest checkout, where you just put in the required information without the need to log in or register.
If you like us and our products, registering will make subsequent orders quicker :-)
We take no payment card details on our site, they are all processed securely on our Secure payment partner, Stripe, an internationally used payment processor.
If you choose Paypal, then the transaction will be made through your Paypal account, which is also secure.
Please note that every page on our site is secure
Printed and Personalised Napkins – As you are choosing specific Napkin, Foil print colours, sizes and quantities, the napkins are printed on a per order basis and are usually processed within 3-5 working days.
We ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany and France.
In the UK, all of our Napkins are sent out 1st Class Signed For.
Shipping Internationally is via Royal Mail Standard Airmail
Our (very reasonable) International rates will be shown on checkout
With 1st Class Post, the Royal Mail does NOT guarantee next day delivery (although they are pretty good to be honest)
Please understand that all napkins are made to order.
All of our Reviews are viewed by humans first.
This usually happens the same day, or if late, the next day
This stops the chance of people writing rubbish and/or unacceptable swear words etc.
Sadly, some people think this is fun.
We guarantee all our products 100%.
We print the details you give us but we cannot be held responsible if these details are found to be wrong after printing, so please check your personalisation details are correct when you process your order.
If we have made the error, then we replace them free of charge
If you have to return your order, please keep a proof of posting. To be honest, no one has needed to do this in the 16 years of trading :-)
Please note that we are not obliged to issue a refund on personalised items if there is nothing wrong (you changed your mind when you got them for example).
There is no difference between Napkins and Serviettes, they are the same thing with two names.
