Do I need an account to buy your products?

No, we offer a Guest checkout, where you just put in the required information without the need to log in or register.

If you like us and our products, registering will make subsequent orders quicker :-)

Delivery Times

We post everything in the UK 1st Class post.

Printed and Personalised Napkins – As you are choosing specific Napkin, Foil print colours, sizes and Quantities, these orders are made on a per order basis and take between 4-7 working days.

If your order is urgent and you are not sure whether you will get it in time, please ring us on 01226 280261, as we may be able to help.

I can see 'Copyright' on some images

This is just a copyright printed on the example images of all our products to stop people using them on their own sites.

We have had this happen in the past, and are trying to prevent it happening again. You will not have it on your products.

Is your site secure for payments?


We have made EVERY page on our site secure (look for the Padlock or HTTPS in the left of the address bar at the top.)

All your Name & Address details are taken on secure pages.

We take no payment card details on our site, they are all processed securely on designated payment sites.

We offer you the choice to pay by Credit or Debit card, Paypal, or Amazon Pay


We deliver to the UK, Southern Ireland.

As most of our products are aimed at UK and Irish Republic, we are just posting to these countries at the moment.

We may start to post to other countries when we add our Crafts and hand made Jewellery products.

All of our personalised Gifts, Napkins and Cards are sent out 1st Class post.

Posting to Irish Republic is via Royal Mail Standard Airmail

Everything is sent out in protective packaging.

Our (very reasonable) International rates will be shown on checkout

All orders sent by Recorded post will need to be signed for upon delivery

With 1st Class Post, the Royal Mail does NOT guarantee next day delivery (although they are pretty good to be honest)

Please understand that all napkins are made to order.

Were you called Cards’n’Scrolls ?

Yes! :)

We have traded as Cards’n’Scrolls from 2001, selling personalised cards and gifts, and then later, Napkins, but with much bigger sites selling similar items, backed by TV advertising, coming online, our sales dwindled.

We made the decision to start supplying UK made Craft items to Card makers and these will be on sale through shops and garden centres.

With this decision, we also decided to keep our napkin range, as these were also popular.

We had decided on our sister site name of Goodies4Crafts, but we think that G4C is a better (easier to remember :-) name and will allow us to provide a more varied range of products.

Our business is G4C, and we named the website www.g4cshop.co.uk

Why doesn't my Review show?

All of our Reviews are viewed by humans first.

This usually happens the same day, or if late, the next day

This stops the chance of people writing rubbish and/or unacceptable swear words etc.

Sadly, some people think this is fun.

Refund Policy

We guarantee all our products 100%.

We print the details you give us but we cannot be held responsible if these details are found to be wrong after printing, so please check your personalisation details are correct when you process your order.

If we have made the error, then we replace them free of charge

If your product arrives and is not what you ordered, or damaged, then we will replace or refund you cost once the product is returned to us for checking.

If the problem is ours, we will refund your return postage also.

If you changed your mind when you received any of our other products, then you can return them, but they must be returned undamaged and in similar protective packaging, and you must pay the return postage.

Please keep a proof of posting.

Please note that we are not obliged to issue a refund on personalised items if there is nothing wrong (you changed your mind when you got them for example).

Napkin Differences

ALL of our designs for the individual occasions are the same for each range. For example, the design for our 65th Anniversary is the same for Standard & Personalised.

Napkins or Serviettes?

There is no difference between Napkins and Serviettes, they are the same thing with two names.

A bit like Dad & Father.
